On the morning of August 13th, Chen Rong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Suzhou Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, led a team to visit and conduct research at Taicang Tongwei, focusing on the company's work in employee care and growth development. Wang Liping, member of the Standing Committee of the Taicang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, and Wang Zhe, Chairman of the Taicang Federation of Trade Unions and Secretary of the Party Group, accompanied the research. Wang Liangjie, Administrative Director of East China Region and Chairman of the Taicang Tongwei Trade Union, warmly received them.
Chairman Chen Rong and her delegation conducted a field inspection of the employee activity areas and training center at Taicang Tongwei, gaining a detailed understanding of the facility layout and usage in various areas. She expressed her appreciation for the company's emphasis on employees' spiritual and cultural life and its efforts to create a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Additionally, she commended the company for actively enhancing employee skills and supporting career development.

Subsequently, Chairman Chen Rong held a "Three Meetings and Three Discussions" symposium with representatives of frontline production employees. The employee representatives freely expressed their opinions based on their actual work situations, focusing on work and life conditions, career planning, and suggestions for union work. Chairman Chen Rong listened attentively and gained a deeper understanding of the employees' aspirations.
Chairperson Chen Rong concluded by stating that the investigation had deeply felt the company's care and concern for its employees, as well as its active efforts in promoting employee development. She emphasized that the trade union organization serves as a bridge and bond connecting the masses of workers, and should act as the "family" and "close friend" of the employees, truly keeping their needs in mind and actively solving practical problems.
